From the concrete footings we stack the ICF exterior walls to create an insulated basement, insulated crawl space, or insulated slab on grade. From this point above the ground level you can choose to continue with the ICFs to the roof line.

With this method of construction you will achieve a structure that has four times the strength of a conventional framed house that is 30% to 50% more energy efficient and provide your family with an environment that is safer from wind, fire (a 3 hour fire rating), quieter (STC-56), with improved indoor air quality that will be sustainable for many generations to come.
